Asimismo, destac\u00f3 el papel de la IA en el an\u00e1lisis de im\u00e1genes m\u00e9dicas, la predicci\u00f3n de enfermedades y la optimizaci\u00f3n del desarrollo de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p><p>El Dr. Curioso tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 el valor del manejo de grandes vol\u00famenes de datos en el sistema sanitario, no s\u00f3lo para optimizar el gasto p\u00fablico, sino tambi\u00e9n para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. De hecho, mencion\u00f3 que en 2024 se publicaron m\u00e1s de 30 mil estudios sobre IA en salud y, en lo que va del 2025, ya se han registrado m\u00e1s de 5 mil. Este crecimiento exponencial demuestra el papel cada vez m\u00e1s relevante de la IA en la medicina y la salud p\u00fablica. Subray\u00f3 la importancia de la historia cl\u00ednica electr\u00f3nica y la necesidad de un marco regulatorio que garantice la seguridad y equidad en el acceso a la IA en salud. Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 los desaf\u00edos \u00e9ticos que implica el uso de la IA en salud, como la necesidad de garantizar la privacidad y la protecci\u00f3n de los datos personales de los pacientes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, el Dr. Curioso abord\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de IA en el an\u00e1lisis de im\u00e1genes m\u00e9dicas, como el uso de redes neuronales para detectar tuberculosis en radiograf\u00edas destacando el proyecto eRx.
